They are definitely the most popular foods to cook, but why not do kabobs? You can get the skewers ready, put the meat and any veggies you want and keep them in the fridge until it’s time to go. These are tastier than just eating meat and easy to eat. Don’t forget to spray them with a cooking oil spray so they won’t stick to the grill. Also, pre-made garlic bread cooks wonderfully on the grill. Cook it frozen and it’s delicious.

Definitely fish… get one that has been gutted and de-boned obviously, wrap it in tin foil with some herbs, bit of lemon juice and some butter, prob cook in about 5-10 mins depending how hot your bbq is! De-lish

Chicken kebabs, pieces of chicken with some vegetables all on a big skewer (might need to prepare these before you get there)

    And dont forget some marshmallows

Gourmet sausages are nice! You can get ones like Chicken & Pesto at the butcher counter in your grocery, or there are even packaged ones (Emeril has a line of them). Then get some nice French rolls, or other nice rolls, to serve them in, and maybe a “gourmet” mustard:) …..Easy to cook, and easy to eat:)

Make some porkchops. You can pick them up with your hand and eat them. Just take some napkins.
