how about kabobs with shrimp, sirloin strips & pineapple?
marinate the sirloin tips in teriyaki sauce for a couple a hrs. marinate white water shrimp in garlic & lemon juice for an hr.
if using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes.
slice the fresh pineapple into moderate chunks, bout 1-1 1/2 inches thick. then alternating put on a chunk of pineapple, a couple of shrimp, a piece of sirloin then shrimp & pineapple. cook on a low - medium heat. the shrimp will cook quicker than the meat, so you do not want to over cook them. Enjoy

I just made pork chops on the grill for dinner tonite, my husband loves the way I do them, put them on a plate and shake a little worcestershire sauce on them, then garlic powder, and black pepper, on both sides, then grill for only a couple minutes because pork is very tender white meat and only takes a few short minutes to be done. I also do Chicken ******* marinated in a little olive oil, thyme, lemon juice and pepper, grill them til done, toast on the grill buttered kaiser rolls, and make your chicky sandwich with mayo spread on the rolls, then lettuce, its very good. Hope this helps.
