try putting them in aluminum foil first, making a sort of pouch to cook them in. put the chicken in the middle of a large piece of greased foil, fold one half over the chicken, then the other side, and then the ends. if you want them directly on the grill try brushing oil, not cooking spray on the grill, and put more on as you cook.

dont move the chicken until it is thoroughly brown..after that it will easily let go of the grill..you are moving it too soon…

Keep your grill rack well-scrubbed, your chicken room-temp and oiled lightly, and don’t think you have to turn them every 3 seconds.

Dry thoroughly and lightly oil the chicken that should help.

Cook it on foil that you have pokes holes in to let the smoky flavor thur. Still oil the foil.
